Interlake Reserves Tribal Council (IRTC) called on both Provincial and Federal governments to include IRTC in discussions regarding pandemic response solutions. With positive cases surging in the IRTC communities, the lack of funding for self-isolation and overcrowded housing complicated health procedures. The unresolved long-standing issues also exacerbated the situation.
