The first shipments of the COVID-19 vaccine arrived in First Nations in Manitoba.
Posted on January 07th 2021, 00:00Pimicikamak Cree Nation, Norway House, Fisher River Cree Nation, and Peguis First Nation were the first to receive COVID-19 Moderna vaccine doses. These Nations were prioritized due to the presence of personal care homes and/or elder homes within the community.
